  • Are the 3D models accurate representations of real gemstone beads?

    Our modeling engineers try their best to make sure our 3D models provide a reasonably accurate visual reference; however, variations in color, texture, and overall appearance may still exist between the digital renderings and physical gemstone beads. If they do, please rest assured that real-world gemstone beads will almost always look better!

    We have chosen to use stainless steel spacers exclusively in our gemstone bracelets, despite them being more expensive than other metals such as brass, for several key reasons:

    • Workspace: Unleash your creativity and design your bracelet manually, bead by bead. You can build on your quickstart creation, start from scratch, or remix other designs to make them your own. The possibilities are endless!
    • Intentions: Let us help you find the perfect gemstones and create a bracelet tailored to you - simply provide your intention or purpose.

  • Are there any limitations when creating a bracelet?

    We encourage you to fully unleash your creativity, with just a few simple guidelines to follow:

    • The minimum bracelet length is 5 inches, and the maximum is 8 inches.
    • Each bracelet can include up to 10 different types of gemstone beads and 5 types of spacer beads.
    • Your design must have at least 1 gemstone bead, no more than 20 spacer beads, and no more than 20 character beads.

  • How do you turn my digital creations into physical bracelets?

    Your digital creations come to life through our meticulous craftsmanship. Once you've finalized your design using our innovative live 3D system and submitted your order, our skilled artisans carefully bring your vision to reality. Each bead is thoughtfully selected and strung onto a durable, double-strand elastic cord, ensuring both flexibility and strength. Every bracelet is handcrafted with precision to faithfully replicate your design. We’re dedicated to transforming your unique creation into a beautiful, wearable reality.

  • Can I create bracelets without purchasing them?

    Yes, you can! You’re welcome to create as many bracelets as you like, completely free. Whether you're experimenting with new ideas, expressing your creativity, or just having fun, you can share your designs with your friends and followers. There’s no obligation to purchase, so feel free to explore different combinations and styles. We are all about fostering creativity!

  • Can I make my creations private?

    Yes, you can control the public visibility for each of your creations under My Creations in your account. If you choose to make a creation invisible from the public, it will be hidden from your public page as well as search results, and will only be accessible using the url of the creation directly.

  • Can I delete my creations?

    Yes, but only if they have not been purchased or added to a shopping cart by you or other users. You will not be able to delete a creation if it has been purchased or is still in someone's cart. To manage your creations, simply go to My Creations in your account, where you can see which creations can be deleted and which ones cannot.

  • What is a "remix"?

    A remix originally comes from the music world, where a song is reworked or altered to create a new version. In the context of our platform, a remix means creating a bracelet based on someone else’s existing design. You can customize elements like gemstones, spacers, charms and words, giving it your own personal touch while building on the original creation. It’s a way to reimagine a design while still keeping its essence.

  • Can I cancel or modify an order after it is placed?

    We will start handcrafting the items in your order immediately after it is placed. As a result, in most cases cancellations or modifications to your order will not be feasible once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and earnestly urge our valued customers to thoroughly review their creations prior to placing an order.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You can view your order status any time by logging into your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, and tracking information will be available in your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status here. We highly recommend creating a free account to best manage your orders, creations and rewards.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Paypal and credit/debit card payments through Paypal. PayPal is renowned for its robust security measures and buyer protection policies, providing you with confidence and peace of mind when shopping with us.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders to all customers throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, there is no minimum purchase required.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are received. Typical delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on shipping address, with most packages arrive in about 3 business days within the continental US. However, we can not guarantee delivery dates, as delivery times are subject to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control.

  • Is international shipping available?

    Our top priority currently is to provide an exceptional experience for our domestic customers, and regrettably, international shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please stay tuned as we actively work towards expanding our services to customers worldwide.

  • Can I return or exchange a bracelet?

    All bracelets from our website are handmade to order. While most businesses do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  • How much do I earn?

    We offer industry-leading commission rates. You earn 20% of net sales from every bracelet sold that features your official charm. Verified nonprofits earn 25%. All merch bracelets start at $34.99 each.

  • How do I get paid?

    We use PayPal for its speed, security, and convenience. Payouts are processed directly to your PayPal account, making it the fastest and most reliable option for most users. Alternatively, if you're a corporation or nonprofit organization, you may choose to receive payouts by check. Please note that check payments take longer to process and may involve additional handling time. You can select or update your preferred payout method in your Payout Settings.

  • When do I get paid?

    We offer on-demand payouts to give you flexibility when you need it most. You can request a payout at any time, as long as your available balance is over $100. Once submitted, your request is typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Do you solicit on behalf of my organization?

    No. We do not solicit on behalf of your organization. We are not a fundraising platform, but a commission-based program that provides you with a custom online storefront to sell branded merch and earn revenue. Your organization is responsible for promoting its storefront to drive sales and engagement, while our role is to provide the tools, platform, and support to help you manage your store efficiently and successfully.

• Rewards

  • Will I earn reward points if a guest user purchases my creation?

    Yes. If a guest user purchases a bracelet that you created, you will earn reward points, just like when a registered user buys it. As long as you're the verified creator of the bracelet, you'll be rewarded regardless of who the buyer is.

  • Will I earn reward points if a guest user creates a remix from my creation and buys it?

    No. To prevent abuse and ensure rewards are based on verified activity, remix reward points are only granted when the remix is both created and purchased by a registered user. If either action is done as a guest, the system can't confirm authorship, so no points are awarded. It's highly recommended that you encourage your followers to sign up for an account before creating or ordering bracelets. This ensures their contributions are recognized, and that you receive any eligible rewards.

  • Will I earn reward points if I buy my own creation or remix?

    No. You will not earn any reward points for purchasing your own creations or your remixes of other users' work. Reward points are only granted when other users - not yourself - purchase your creations or are inspired by your work.

  • When do my reward points expire?

    Your reward points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date of your last earning. Whenever you have earned new reward points, the expiration date will automatically update.

  • When do my vouchers expire?

    Your vouchers expire 30 days after they are issued. Please make sure to use them before they expire!
