Free US Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to all customers throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, there is no minimum purchase required.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries in addition to the United States. Standard shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, and standard international shipping to all other supported countries is a flat rate of $9.99 per order.
International delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks to Canada and 2–4 weeks to other supported countries, depending on the destination. Customs or carrier delays may extend delivery time.
International orders ship with duties unpaid. Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and carrier fees are not collected by Lucid Beads at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility if charged by the local customs authority or carrier.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and handcrafted within 1-2 business days after the orders are received. If we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a day or two. Orders are shipped on every weekday but may not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping address.
For international orders, delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks to Canada and 2-4 weeks to other supported countries, depending on the destination. Customs or carrier delays may extend delivery time.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays and other factors may be outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You can view your order status any time by logging into your account on our website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, and tracking information will be available in your account.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed status, etc.), the customer will be responsible for a $10 reshipment fee. If a refund is preferred, we will issue a refund for the order total minus a $10 restocking fee to cover original shipping and handling.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
