    Yes, all our gemstone beads are made of genuine and all natural gemstones. We are committed to providing you with authentic and high quality gemstone beads so that you can focus on creating your dream bracelets!

  • Are the 3D models accurate representations of real gemstone beads?

    Our modeling engineers try their best to make sure our 3D models provide a reasonably accurate visual reference; however, variations in color, texture, and overall appearance may still exist between the digital renderings and physical gemstone beads. If they do, please rest assured that real-world gemstone beads will almost always look better!

  • Why do you only use stainless steel spacers with gemstone beads?

    We have chosen to use stainless steel spacers exclusively in our gemstone bracelets, despite them being more expensive than other metals such as brass, for several key reasons:

  • What are the different ways to create a bracelet?

    There are many ways to create your dream bracelets:

    • You can get a quickstart and create beautiful bracelets instantly in live 3D with just a few simple clicks by choosing your favorite gemstones, spacers, characters, and charm.
    • You can fully unleash your creativity and further customize your quickstart creations bead by bead by importing them into the workspace. You can also start from scratch in the workspace, or import creations by other fellow creators as starting points for your own truly unique bracelets. The possibilities are endless!
    • You can also use our AI Assistant to help you find the best gemstones and create a bracelet for you, and all you need to do is to provide your intention or purpose.

  • Are there any limits when creating a bracelet?

    We encourage you to unleash your creativity, and there are just a few simple rules to follow:

    • The minimum required length of a creation is 5 inches, and the maximum allowed length is 9 inches.
    • A creation can include up to 10 types of gemstone beads and 5 types of spacer beads.
    • A creation must have at least 1 gemstone bead, no more than 20 spacer beads, and no more than 20 character beads.

  • How do you turn my digital creations into actual bracelets?

    Your digital creations come to life through our meticulous craftsmanship process. After you've finalized your creations using our innovative live 3D system and submitted your order, our skilled artisans begin to transform your vision into reality. Each bead is carefully selected and threaded onto a strength-tested double-strand elastic cord, ensuring both flexibility and durability. Every bracelet is expertly handcrafted to faithfully replicate your design. We are committed to turning your unique vision into a wearable reality.

  • Can I create bracelets without buying them?

    Yes you can! Create as many as you like, just for fun and sharing your ideas with friends and fellow creators!

  • Can I make my creations private?

    Yes, you can control the public visibility for each of your creations under My Creations in your account. If you choose to make a creation invisible from the public, it will be hidden from your public page as well as search results, and will only be accessible using the url of the creation directly.

  • Can I delete my creations?

    Yes, but ONLY if they have not been purchased or added to shopping cart by you or other users. You will NOT be able to delete a creation if it has been purchased or it is still in someone's cart. Please go to My Creations in your account, and you will be able to see which creations can be deleted and which ones can not.

• Orders

  • Can I cancel or modify an order after it is placed?

    We will start handcrafting the items in your order immediately after it is placed. As a result, in most cases cancellations or modifications to your order will not be feasible once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and earnestly urge our valued customers to thoroughly review their creations prior to placing an order.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You can view your order status any time by logging into your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, and tracking information will be available in your account.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Paypal and credit/debit card payments through Paypal. PayPal is renowned for its robust security measures and buyer protection policies, providing you with confidence and peace of mind when shopping with us.

  • What is an "inspiring" creation?

    If a user creates a bracelet by clicking the "Create From This" button on your creation detail page, then your creation is an "inspiring" creation. If users purchase one of their own creations inspired by yours, you will earn 10 reward points.

  • How long does it take for my reward points to show up in my account?

    Your reward points will show up in your account in about 5 business days after the purchase was made.

  • When do my reward points expire?

    Your reward points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date of your last earning. Whenever you have earned new reward points, the expiration date will automatically update.

  • When do my vouchers expire?

    Your vouchers expire 30 days after they are issued. Please make sure to use them before they expire!

• Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders to all customers throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, there is no minimum purchase required.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are received. Typical delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on shipping address, with most packages arrive in about 3 business days within the continental US. However, we can not guarantee delivery dates, as delivery times are subject to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control.

  • Is international shipping available?

    Our top priority currently is to provide an exceptional experience for our domestic customers, and regrettably, international shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please stay tuned as we actively work towards expanding our services to customers worldwide.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    While most businesses do not allow return or exchange for custom made products, we do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
