At LucidBeads.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Upon confirmation of your order, we will start handcrafting the item(s) in your order immediately. As a result, in most cases we regret to inform you that cancellations or modifications to your order will not be feasible once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and earnestly urge our valued customers to thoroughly review their creations and provided information prior to placing an order.

Return and Exchange Requests

You may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request. We will then provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back. Please note that the customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the items are defective or damaged, as defined in the following section.

Defective or Damaged Items

A defective item is hereby defined as an item that is crafted using materials deemed defective, or deviates from the user's design specifications. Our distinctive online 3D customization system allows users to design their own items, thus, we pledge to meticulously handcraft each item in adherence to the user's original design. Consequently, we cannot assume responsibility for return shipping fees for returns or exchanges arising from defects or flaws in customers' own designs.

If you receive a defective (as defined above) or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund. We may require that you provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage before we can process your request.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
