Upon confirmation of your order, we will start handcrafting the item(s) in your order immediately. As a result, in most cases we regret to inform you that cancellations or modifications to your order will not be feasible once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and earnestly urge our valued customers to thoroughly review their creations and provided information prior to placing an order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. To begin, please submit a return or exchange request, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Please note that unless the item is damaged or defective (as defined below), customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping fees.
An item is considered defective if it was made using faulty materials or if it does not match the design specifications you submitted. Because we use a custom 3D design system that allows you to create your own piece, we carefully follow your original design when making each item. As a result, issues caused by customer design errors - such as incorrect sizing or layout - are not considered defects.
If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may ask for photos of the issue to help us assess the problem before we can approve a return or replacement.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
