Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is custom made to order, returns are often not offered for personalized jewelry. However, at LucidBeads.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms below.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once your order is confirmed, we begin handcrafting your item(s) promptly. For this reason, cancellations or modifications generally cannot be accepted after an order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review their design and order details before submitting an order.

Design Responsibility

Each bracelet is handmade according to the design specifications submitted with the order, including wrist size, layout, and any custom charm details. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design selections before placing an order.

Issues resulting from customer-submitted design errors, including incorrect sizing, layout, or charm design details, are not considered defects and may be subject to applicable restocking, resizing, return shipping, and re-shipping fees as described below.

Return and Exchange Requests

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please submit a return or exchange request, and we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Approved returns and exchanges may be subject to applicable restocking, resizing, return shipping, and re-shipping fees as described below.

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match the design specifications submitted with the order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue in order to evaluate the claim before approving a return, exchange, or replacement.

Restocking, Resizing, and Shipping Fees

Because all bracelets are handmade to order, approved returns are subject to a restocking fee unless the item arrived damaged, is defective, or does not match the design specifications submitted with the order. Returns for standard bracelets are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and returns for bracelets with a custom charm are subject to a $15 restocking fee. The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If a resize is requested because the wrist size submitted with the original design was incorrect, a $10 resizing fee will apply.

Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs and any re-shipping fees associated with exchanges or resizes.

No restocking fee, resizing fee, return shipping fee, or re-shipping fee will apply if we determine that the item arrived damaged, is defective, or does not match the design specifications submitted with the order.

Customer Return Shipping Requirements

Any bracelet returned to us for a return, exchange, or resize must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for retaining the tracking number until the item has been delivered to us.

Except for approved claims involving items that arrived damaged, are defective, or do not match the design specifications submitted with the order, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending an item back to us. For exchanges and resizes, customers must also include a prepaid return shipping label for shipment back to the customer. We do not provide shipping labels, and customers may choose their preferred carrier and shipping speed.

We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm that they satisfy the requirements of this policy. If the return is approved, any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
