The size shown on our website refers to your wrist size - the inner circumference of the bracelet, as indicated by the dashed line.
You can measure your wrist using a tape measure or a piece of string. Choosing your exact wrist size will give you a snug fit. For a more comfortable or looser fit, consider adding 1/2 inch.
